Civil Differentiated Case Management

Under the directive of Amendment 12 of the Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC20-23 (PDF), the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit has implemented a requirement for Differentiated Case Management Plans.  Please visit the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit's website for more information related to Differentiated Case Management.  The Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Administrative Order AO21-05 (PDF) requires certain civil filers to include a Differentiated Case Management Plan and Order with the summons and complaint.
